Food & Feelings

Every recipe has a story. This October, we'll gather around Ghathra (Ma'amoul) — the stories and artistry behind these traditional filled pastries, in a step-by-step guided hands-on session. Make your own to take home.

More Than a Recipe

Because food is rarely just food. It's something we learn from someone, make for someone, and remember from somewhere.

This October — we'll gather around Ghathra (Ma'amoul), following a step-by-step guided session to shape the dough, fill it, and create these traditional pastries by hand.

As our hands stay busy, we'll share food memories, family recipes, traditions, and the stories behind the foods we love. No pressure to share — just space to listen and connect.

Your Session

How It Works

1

Gather & Connect

Settle in with tea and meet fellow participants around the table in a warm, relaxed space.

2

Hands in Dough

Learn to make Ghathra (Ma'amoul) step by step — shape the dough, fill it, and create your own pastries by hand.

3

Stories & Conversation

As hands stay busy, we'll talk about food memories, family recipes, and the stories behind the foods we love. Sharing is optional.

4

Tea & Take Home

Enjoy your freshly made Ma'amoul over tea — then take what you've made home to share or save.
