Kickboxing
No previous experience required. In our kickboxing program you will learn self defence techniques, build confidence, lose weight and get a fabulous toned body. It's Fun, Fitness & a total Body

Pilates
Our trainer will then suggest workout programs that aid in your post-weight loss lifestyle. Our workouts are helped by our signature coaching techniques and a diet plan that will be customized to best suit you and your lifestyle.

Yoga
We welcome all women experience levels from beginner to advanced. Marookha provides the space you need to relax, rejuvenate and recharge your mind, body and spirit.
